Isabel The Diet Solution – My Story

I think I was probably like most women I know, always seemed to be on some sort of diet or another. Never happy with how I looked and always worried about not being healthy. I must have tried every single diet through early 20’s but somehow always ended up putting the weight back on.

So then I started another diet and the whole vicious circle started again.

But one day a friend of mine, Claire, told me about a program she had been following that was working really well. I could see she had lost weight and she said it was just really easy to do. So I thought “Why not!”. She emailed me the link to the website and I looked at some of the results people were having and knew I had to try it. It said that I could lose up to 10% of my fat in 30 days. That was all I needed to know!

So I joined the site and started the program. Claire was right, it is one of the easiest plans I’ve tried and most importantly – it works. Now I didn’t lose 10% of my fat but I lost around 5-6 pounds in the first month and it’s been coming off steadily ever since. I look at myself in the mirror now and can hardly believe it’s the same person.

Isabel is the queen of weight loss in my opinion and I will never listen to anyone else. It was (and still is) the best program I’ve ever been on and I didn’t put any weight back on as I’m still following the plan because it’s so easy.
